💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments:
All payments processed through Synergy Online LLC are final once confirmed by GEICO’s systems.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued if:
- A duplicate payment was processed in error.
- The transaction was not successfully posted to GEICO’s system.
- A customer contacts Synergy Online LLC within 24 hours of the transaction for review.
Approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days.
